Bald Rock Beef Jerky is made from lean, locally sourced, Australian grass fed beef. The beef used in our production is all raised in free ranged conditions on Dan- our owner’s- family farm in Tenterfield, New South Wales.
Bald Rock chilli jerky is crafted using an ancient drying process that preserves the jerky's natural flavours. The beef is marinated in an all natural blend of garlic and spices before being dusted with chilli flakes and seeds. These flavours are chosen to compliment and enhance the beef’s natural flavours.
Bald Rock Beef Jerky is Gluten Free and Preservative Free, with no added colours or flavours.
